Sampoerna University is delighted to report its successful participation in the 2nd International Symposium on Optimization and Ergonomics. Organized by the School of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, the event took place on April 25, 2023, at Mapúa University.

The symposium brought together experts in the field of optimization and ergonomics from renowned institutions, including Mapua University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Chung Yuan Christian University, Binus University, Yuan Ze University, and Sampoerna University. Dr. Anak Agung Ngurah Perwira Redi, Head of Industrial Engineering Study Program at Sampoerna University, was invited as one of the distinguished international speakers. He delivered an insightful talk on drones for post-disaster assessment during a hybrid session at the symposium, allowing both in-person and remote attendees to benefit from his expertise and insights.
