A comprehensive psychological assessment designed to identify employees’ potential and competencies, mapping cognitive abilities, personality traits, leadership skills, and work commitment

Program Output

Individual reports that include employee potential profiles displayed in spider plots, psychological interpretations, behavioral insights, a summary of strengths and development areas, and recommended training paths.

Static Personal Spider Plot provides combined results from psychological tests and management assessments, evaluated using weighting, rating/level, and scoring
