Academic support is available to ensure the academic success and well-being of our students: course advising, tutoring, student health services and career guidance are provided to complement their studies.

    Overview

    Future accounting professionals must be adept at using technology to solve problems, plan strategies, evaluate risks, and predict trends. Sampoerna University's Bachelor of Accounting program is designed to equip students with analytical reasoning and data skills, fostering their ability to make sound and strategic business decisions. SU's Accounting Program offers additional professional qualifications to eligible students, including S.Ak. (Sarjana Akuntansi) and one of the following professional qualifications:

    equips students with a deep understanding of corporate governance principles, risk management techniques, and auditing practices. Graduates are prepared to assess organizational risks, conduct audits, and ensure compliance and transparency

    enables students to improve financial reporting and decision-making through data-driven insights. They learn data analysis techniques and tools, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis.

    Business Accountant Business accountants ensure that a company's financial records adhere to accounting standards, tax regulations, and other pertinent policies to prepare recommendations for business decision-making.
    Auditors Auditors consist of external and internal auditors. External auditors examine and report on an organization's financial records following generally accepted auditing standards. Internal auditors, meanwhile, are responsible for providing independent and objective assessments of the financial and operational business activities of a company.
    Business Analyst Business analysts (BAs) are responsible for assisting organizations in enhancing their business processes and governance by delivering data-driven recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
    Consultant A professional who provides financial, accounting, tax, and information systems-related consulting services to businesses and individuals.

    Overview

    The Faculty of Business offers an international curriculum unique in Indonesia to develop students' broader understanding of global business challenges and to become successful and responsible professionals. Programs and credentials tailored to specific industries are available to meet student interests and goals, and our network of industry partnerships will elevate career advancement in the increasingly globalized business environment.

    Students are able to earn two degrees concurrently: the Bachelor of Management from Sampoerna University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. This program offers an optional study abroad experience at the University of Arizona or other partner institutions for a semester to enhance cross-cultural skills.
