CETL views excellence in teaching and learning as the most important aspects that promote student success
The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) views excellence in teaching and learning as the most important factor in student success. CETL was established to enhance the quality of teaching practices of Sampoerna University faculty members through professional development programs on innovative pedagogical practices, cutting-edge technologies, and building students’ 21st-century skills. CETL values and recognizes SU faculty members’ excellence in teaching-learning practices and innovation.
CETL conducts workshops to provide professional development programs for SU faculty members to become excellent in teaching and learning. The goal is to provide professional development programs for SU lecturers to develop their pedagogical practices through innovative tools and methods and build students’ 21st-century skills.
CETL organizes an SU Teaching Learning Festival annually, with each Faculty showcasing teaching innovations and best practices in their respective courses. The goal of the Festival is to provide opportunities for SU lecturers to share ideas on utilizing strategies and digital tools for innovative teaching to facilitate learning.
