Governance at Sampoerna University provides a structure for comprehensive policy development, review, and implementation. The governing process involves input from all appropriate constituencies and provides opportunity for discussion, decision-making and implementation of institutional policies and procedures.

Tasked with policy development in three areas: Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Administrative Affairs.
