As a college student, you have to sleep for 7-9 hours a day and stay hydrated by drinking enough water. Clean foods, such as salad, fruit, or whole grains, are also a must-eat to maintain nutrition.

6. Do Not Compare Yourself

The key to handling university exam pressure is not to compare yourself with others. You have to believe in what you have and regularly take a look back at your achievements so far. Appreciate the efforts you have been putting in for yourself.
