On November 23rd - 25th 2017, Sampoerna University Students together with Lecturers attended the 3rd International Conference on Computing, Engineering, and Design 2017 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ICCED 2017 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Informatics Engineering,
Information Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and
Visual Communication Design.
Sampoerna University represented by Prof. Teddy Mantoro together with Yumi Novita Dewi and Dwiza Riana won Best Paper award on ICCED 2017 with paper titled Improving Naïve Bayes Performance in Single Image Pap Smear Using Weighted Principal Component Analysis (WPCA).
In addition, Sampoerna University also submitted two other papers as below:
- The Potential Implementation of ‘DEGALANTIL’ using Fuzzy Logic Analysis presented by Alan Priyatna (FET Computer Science '14) and Luh Putu Ekayani (FET Mechanical Engineering '14) under supervision of Prof. Teddy Mantoro
- Theoretical Investigation of Multiple Tuned Mass Damper Configurations Subjected to Step And Periodic Excitation - presented by Satria Robi Trisnanto (FET Applied Physics '14) under supervision of Dr. Media A. Ayu and Dr. Rizcky Tamarany
